Mr. Gary Michel has served as president and CEO of JELD-WEN since June 2018 and chair of the JELD-WEN board since October 2021. Prior to that, he spent 32 years at Ingersoll Rand, most recently as Senior Vice President and President of its residential HVAC business. In August 2021, he was named by the Charlotte Business Journals as one of Charlotte's Most Admired CEOs. He and his family are generous and dedicated supporters of the Uptown Chabad
